• Bookings need to be confirmed with a 30% deposit, the rest of the payment needs to be paid at least 30 days before diving trip departure. Failure to pay the total amount at least 30 days before trip departure is considered a cancellation.
  
  
• Bookings later than 30 days prior to departure need  to be paid in full.
  
  
• Trip cancellations prior to 30 days of the diving trip departure will be charged a 30% cancellation fee, the deposit will be forfeited.  In case of full payment the rest of the payment will of course be transferred back.
  
  
• Trip cancellation between 30 days and 15 days prior the diving trip departure will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The rest of the amount will be transferred back.
  
  
• Cancellations 15 days or later prior to the diving trip departure, or not showing up, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
  
  
• Bank transfer fees for money that needs to be transferred back will be deducted from advanced or full payment.
  
  
• The booking can only be confirmed after receiving a fax or email copy of a deposit slip.
  
  
• The Marmin Co.Ltd can change the itinerary due to weather conditions to guarantee safety on the boat.
  
  
• If there are less than 5 customers on a trip we have the right to accept transfers of new passengers in the middle of the trip, but under no circumstances will we have more than 16 adult passengers on the boat.
  
  
• Full Charter max 18 guest.
  
  
• Please bring enough cash to pay your bill  at the end of the trip. On board of MARMIN, we accept Thai Baht, Euros and US-Dollars. There are ATM's available.
  
  
• We strongly recommend holiday cancellation insurance. We cannot be held responsible if you get sick before or during the dive trip or because of some other personal reason that may prevent you from showing up, finishing the trip or completing dives. No refunds will be made.
  
  
• The dive guides on the boat can prohibit you to participate on the dives in case of not respecting the marine park rules, alcohol consumption between dives or not respecting international safe diving rules. In this case we will not refund you for the missed dives.
  
  
• If a dive course could not be finished we will divide the full course price with the days you participated. Example: OWD 300 Euro: 4 days = 75 Euro per day. If the course was finished but you failed exams or performance of required skills no refunds will be made.
  
  
• If you fail to use some of our benefits, you cannot claim any re compensation. Example: You come to the harbour with your own car and you are not using our minibus transfer.
  
  
• You benefit from the use of Nitrox on board – free of charge.  In case the nitrox membrane system fails, no refund can be made. The dives will be done with normal air.
